Outdoor Fun

The weather was nice enough today that we were able to fill the pool up and let the boys have some fun in the sun! Although we tried to warm the water up, it was still a bit cool. They had a great time anyway. Can't wait for this summer!!!

Botanical Garden Fun

Last week we had a playdate with our MOPS group at the Botanical Garden. We spent the morning at the Children's Garden, which the boys loved. The weather was beautiful . . . I just wish we could have had some more time to explore the rest of the garden. Looks like we'll be making a few more trips back there before we move back to KC!

Evan's 1st Birthday Party

We had a great time at Evan's birthday party in Kansas City. It was awesome to see see our family and friends (only 2 more months to go until we're home!). Below are quite a few pics from the big day.

Happy Birthday Evan!!!

It's hard to believe that it's been a year since Evan was born, it's gone so incredibly fast! He is such a sweet and fun baby. We feel so blessed to be his parents. Below are LOTS of pictures from his special birthday celebration. We started the morning off at the zoo with some friends, had dinner, and then topped the night off with chocolate cake. I think he enjoyed himself! This weekend we're headed to KC for his birthday party . . . can't wait, it's going to be a blast!

Easter Weekend

We had a great Easter weekend. Saturday morning we went to a friend from MOPs church for an egg hunt. Luke really enjoyed himself . . . Evan just wanted to be on the go. Sunday was a nice relaxing day - we went to church, the boys discovered their Easter baskets, and then we just hung out at home! We missed seeing our families, but we'll all be together next year!!!
