A beautiful Fall day

The weather has been absolutely beautiful for the past couple of days, so Luke and I took full advantage of being outside while Evan was napping. Luke had a lot of fun kicking around and jumping in the leaves. He even picked a few favorites to bring inside with him.

Justin's Birthday Weekend

This past weekend we made another trip back to Kansas City! We celebrated Justin and our niece's birthday. We had a great time seeing everyone and can't wait to see everyone again!

Update . . .

The boys had their 6 month and 2 year check-ups today. Luke weighs 29 pounds (60th percentile) and 35 inches (75th percentile). Evan is 22 pounds 1 ounce (he's off the charts) and is 27 3/4 inches (90th percentile). This just cracks me up that there is only a 7 pound difference between them! The are both developing and growing great!!!

The Magic House

Today we went to The Magic House with my friend Shannon and her little boy, Owen. We had a great time. We didn't realize that today is the 30th anniversary, so admission was free (meaning it was VERY crowded)! We are now members there, so we can go back whenever we want, which is going to be all the time if I have any say. It's an awesome place and I think Luke is going to LOVE exploring all that it has to offer. I accidentally left my camera at home, so these pictures were taken from my phone, so the quality is terrible. Oh well, you get the idea. : )

6 months old!!!

Our precious Evan is six months old today! It's hard to believe that we've been blessed with him for six months already. He has brought such joy to all of our lives! Here are some pics from this morning.

Pumpkin Patch

Justin and I took the boys to the pumpkin patch, which was a lot of fun. Evan basically slept the whole time, but Luke took full advantage and ran around the entire time. There was a tractor show, play equipment, food, and lots of pumpkins to choose from. It was a little chilly outside, but not too bad. Wait till you see the pumpkins Luke picked out for him and his brother!

Luke literally FLEW down this slide. Justin & I were a bit scared, but Luke said "more, again" as soon as he got to the bottom.

KC Weekend
