I have an addiction . . .

It's true. I have an addiction to sewing. I have no other way to describe it. It seems like every Winter I get the itch for Spring to start and so begins the sewing obsession. These are some of the things I have made in the last week, yes, week. I have at least three other things in the works as I type this. Yes, I am addicted. There I've said it, I've come clean. : )
(all pics taken with my iPhone)
This is actually a top I made for my cousin's little girl, Hazel. This was a fun challenge for me because I had to shrink the pattern down to fit the little nugget. She wore it today and looked adorable.
Shorts can be so expensive, but now with a basic pattern to follow, I think these will be fun to experiment with.
They're so easy, I had to whip up another pair
What a ham. This is her posing for me. No direction needed. Oh and the shorts fit, bonus.

Oh I love anything seersucker. I actually cut this fabric out last summer and never got around to sewing it. Thank goodness it fits.

This was fun. I combined two different patterns and tried to come up with my own spin. I really like how it turned out.

 Chambray!
This was the easiest by far. I bought this fabric at Hobby Lobby and it was already shirred and the length was perfect and a selvage edge, so no hemming required. Literally sewed up the side and created a tie for the neck. Perfect.
Rainbow chevron. Enough said.
And that's a wrap. For now....
